As September Closes...

 

As September draws to a close, I am grateful for the tiny blessings amidst a world of uncertainty. It brought to mind the adage that 'health is the true wealth' as I watch my mother suffer ill-health. It's hard to think of anything other than her recovery. Each day, as we watch her fighting spirit to regain her health, we think of the times when three of our family members passed in their prime. Too young, too beautiful to die, yet so courageous in their trying times, they lived to leave a lasting impression.
